The Experience
A Glimpse into a Day..
The afternoon is filled with adventures. Private waterfall ceremonies, workshops, shopping, massages, the beach, and more.
Waking up slowly surrounded by the sounds and energy of the jungle. Being greeted with a gift and a cup of cacao at your door.
Dinners are a time of celebration with the goddesses, eating divine food while experiencing the energy of Costa Rica.
Each day holds a different purpose and so much excitement.

Jeanette Tachynsky
host & owner of Embrace Retreats

Jeanette Tachynsky, is a multi passionate entrepreneur, as a Canadian, she currently resides in Ottawa, well that’s where her clothes dwell and she changes her suitcase, for now anyway.
Her passion for Event Management has allowed her to gain over 20 years of experience, collectively, as a Program Officer, Conference Planner, Hospitality Manager and Special Events Coordinator, International Retreat Planner and Host.
After hosting her first retreat in Costa Rica, she realized very quickly that her true gift is to create and hold space, to allow others to be in their light and shine as bright as they can. It lights her up to plan and take on the logistics for any event so that the hosts can truly be in their sense of genius, their true essence and not worry about a thing.

Crystale @thecrystaleofyoga is a Canadian certified Hatha Yoga Instructor and Mindfulness Facilitator with over 12 years of teaching experience.
She is a 7th degree certified Reiki Master with immense training in a wide range of healing modalities, along with her life experience, and sincere passion to serve and empower others creates a truly one-of-a-kind healing experience.
Over the last decade Crystale has deepened her studies of different lineages and teachings of Tantra, taking a deep dive into trainings of Tibetan energy medicine and massage. She has dedicated her entire life to learning and sharing her passions for yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, energy healing, and emotional intelligence.
She is continually fascinated about Life energy and how the human body has an amazing ability to heal itself.
Everything she shares is infused with sacred wisdom, life experience and intuitive guidance.
You will be guided to explore the process of Embodied Presence, through the breath, your miraculous body and the Feminine Arts.

Ashleigh Taylor is an Award Winning Portrait Photographer and Photography Educator/ Speaker. Ashleigh's photography has brought her around the globe to locations such as Paris, Italy, Egypt, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, Switzerland and now Costa Rica! Ashleigh has built a heart centered photography business where she helps people feel confident on camera. Ashleigh believes that there's no such thing as being "photogenic" -- looking good in photos isn't a special trait some lucky people were born with. We are all photogenic, and deserve to exist in photographs-- and the right photographer can bring out the best in you on camera.

This practice developed by Fern Olivia involves connecting with one’s inner healer and exploring the depths of the psyche and vocal expression in a safe and sacred space, accompanied by live shamanic sound frequencies.
