Meet Your Hosts

  • Founder

    Jeanette Tachynsky, is a multi passionate entrepreneur. She currently resides in Ottawa, well that’s where she changes her suitcase, for now anyway.

    Her passion for Event Management has allowed her to gain over 20 years of experience, collectively, as a Program Officer, Conference Planner, Hospitality Manager and Special Events Coordinator, International Retreat Planner and Host.

    In addition to Retreat Planning & Coordination, Jeanette has also been practicing yoga for over 15 years. She chose to deepen her personal practice by taking her first yoga teacher training in Vinyasa, and more recently she has attained another 200-hour Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda teacher training. Jeanette also has a certification in Y4T, advanced trauma informed yoga. She has a passion for learning, especially new skills to heal herself and to share these tools with others to help them in their healing journey.

    In addition to being a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, Jeanette is also a meditation teacher and a Reiki Level 2 Practitioner. By fate she is an energy healer + medicine woman and shares these gifts with love.

    Jeanette is looking forward to bringing her two passions - retreat hosting, planning, coordination and energy healing to this Egyptian Goddess Experience.

  • Photographer, Co-Hostess

    Ashleigh is a multi award winning portrait photographer who specializes in helping women embody confidence on camera. Based in Southern California, Ashleigh’s been hired to photograph clients worldwide including Italy, France, Ireland, Iceland, and yes even Egypt. Ashleigh fell in love with Egypt when she photographed a women’s group there in 2023. This sacred Ancient land calls to her soul. She is thrilled to show you this magical, inspiring land. And she can’t wait to help you embody your divine feminine goddess power through three incredible on location photoshoots!

  • Egyptologist & Guide

    All the tours of Ancient sites (including pyramids, temples, and tombs) will be lead by an Egyptologist and guide. This will ensure we learn the history of every site, including the history and stories of Egypt’s Queens & Goddesses.
